You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our services.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with Portuguese and EU laws.
- Pay applicable service fees in a timely manner.
- Acknowledge that the success of services (e.g., visa approval) depends on government authorities and cannot be guaranteed by E-Expat.

- All fees are clearly stated prior to service engagement.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

- E-Expat is not liable for delays, rejections, or errors caused by government authorities.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question.

All content on the E-Expat website (logo, text, images, design) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
